Kerstin works as a freelance consultant for the application and processing of funded projects (www.kmayer.de & https://www.instagram.com/kmayer_de/).
At the same time, she manages the financial administration of a foundation that supports initiatives against group-related misanthropy. Prior to that, she was in charge of funding projects of artists* and music makers at the Initiative Musik for several years.

As a member of the feminist choir collective SHE Choir Berlin, Kerstin knows the empowering effect of a solidary cooperation and uses her expertise especially to support other women*.
