On 07 December, the digital congress “Network and Diversity” (Kompetenzzentrum Kultur- und Kreativwirtschaft des Bundes) took place.
In many different and exciting conversations, it became clear that the importance of the topic of diversity has been increasingly recognised in culture and business in recent years, but that there is still a lot of need for action – a task and responsibility that must not be ceded to individuals from marginalised groups.
